Last summer, I had the absolute pleasure of doing an in-home newborn session for my old college roommate, Sammy and her husband Ben. It was such a special and heartwarming experience! Being able to capture those precious moments of her little one in the comfort of their own home just made it all the more intimate and personal.

One of the things I love most about in-home newborn sessions is that they truly capture the essence of the family’s daily life. It’s not just about posing the baby in cute outfits and capturing those “perfect” shots. It’s about telling a story, documenting the real moments of love, tenderness, and joy that fill the home. We even got their dog involved which was so sweet
